Rhonda Foster – BS, MA, JD, SPHR, SCP
Human Resources professional Rhonda Foster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Training and Development, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, specializing in employment and labor law.
Ms. Foster has been in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years. She is an SPHR and SCP Certified Professional, teaches the SHRM Learning System Exam Preparatory Course at Ivy Tech Community College Campuses throughout Indiana, and is a member of ATD, CIASTD, SHRM and IPMA, and HRPDA.
As an independent consultant, she has worked with companies ranging in size from 2 to 700+ employees, and is familiar with both union and non-union environments. Most of her consulting work is in the areas of manufacturing and government, but she has worked with companies in other industries as well.
Rhonda conducts seminars for the Small Business Development Center and the Chamber of Commerce and also works with not-for-profit community organizations.
